Our Status

Japan Easy Travel is a team of private guides based in Japan. We provide personalised guided tours, cultural accompaniment, and travel support for international visitors. We are NOT a licensed travel agency under the Japanese Travel Agency Act (旅行業法).

Service Limitations

As we do not hold a travel agency licence, we do not directly sell or arrange travel packages that include accommodation, train tickets (such as the JR Pass), flights, or other transport services. Our services are strictly limited to guided tours and on-the-ground travel assistance.

Third-Party Partner

All logistical arrangements — including hotel reservations, transport bookings, and related services — are managed and invoiced by a licensed third-party travel agency partner that holds all licences required under Japanese law. This ensures that every aspect of your trip is handled in full compliance with local regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Japan Easy Travel acts solely as a guide and facilitator. We are not liable for services provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to accommodation, transport, and insurance. Clients are encouraged to verify their own travel insurance coverage before departure.
