General conditions of sale for our tourist guiding services

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Japan Easy Travel. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Nature of Services

Japan Easy Travel provides tourist accompaniment and guiding services as an independent freelance guide based in Osaka, Japan. Our services include personalized guided tours, cultural facilitation, travel support, and local expertise across Western Japan. We are not a travel agency and do not act as an intermediary for the sale of transport, accommodation, or other third-party travel products.

Liability & Responsibility

Hotel reservations, flight bookings, and external transportation arrangements are managed directly by the client or through third-party platforms of the client's choosing. Japan Easy Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions in transportation services, nor for any accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during travel that are outside the scope of our guiding services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund (minus any bank processing fees). Cancellations made 30 days or less before the tour date: No refund will be issued. The total amount is due. We strongly recommend that our guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Insurance

All clients are required to hold personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability for the duration of their stay in Japan. Japan Easy Travel does not provide travel insurance and cannot be held liable for any costs arising from the absence of adequate insurance coverage.

Payment

Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Full payment is required before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your personalized quote.

Modifications

Japan Easy Travel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements of equivalent value will be offered. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Osaka, Japan.
